TO START

Every month, about 7 people who have never done sports start with us. You don't have to be fit to join. We will teach you everything step by step, adapting everything to your abilities.

The CrossFit fitness program, proven by years and thousands of clients achieves results. Our clients lose excess weight, gain muscle mass, and feel better about their bodies. They do all this in a catchy way thanks to a carefully prepared program during an hour-long lesson led by a trainer.

Motion is lotion. Movement and strengthened back muscles help with back pain (read one our reviews).
An hour of activity will help you clear your head and relax.

Even the person with the strongest will can eventually be influenced by their surroundings. With us, you'll be in a group class with like-minded individuals who share similar goals, all under the guidance of an experienced trainer. The supportive and motivating atmosphere of a group will help you achieve your goals more easily than if you were doing it alone. We can also provide guidance on nutrition and other factors affecting your health.

You can choose from up to 8 group lesson times per day, 7 days a week, while individual lessons can be planned at any time throughout the day. Each day our training program varies. The session is completely led by a coach who will tailor the training to you and supervise you throughout. Great community, clean gym, air-conditioned spaces, free parking and public transport right at the entrance.

CrossFit Strahov completely exceeded my expectations. Great and spacious facilities, modern equipment and, above all, the very professional approach of the trainers make this place an ideal environment for training – whether you are a beginner or advanced. Each training is well thought out, challenging, but at the same time adapted to the abilities of individuals. The trainers are excellent at motivating, correcting technique and taking care of everyone with maximum care. The atmosphere in the gym is friendly, the community is great and I always like to come back there. If you are looking for a place where you will have fun exercising, where you will move and at the same time be part of a great party of people, CrossFit Strahov is a great choice. I highly recommend it!

I had a good drop-in experience at CrossFit Strahov while i was looking for a box to train on week days. At the corridor entrance the gym has a fantastic wall setup with many sketches for differents workout movements indicating properly setup, mechanics and points of performance. Nice!, My coach, Lenka, was knowledgeable, she care, care and care for the athletes safe and technique, I found it motivating. Definitely I would like to be back next time.

I used to come to the strahov CrossFit gym two years ago but had to stop after a small back injury (not related to the gym). I’ve now been back for about 4 weeks, and I’m so glad I returned! Even though I can probably lift and do most exercises, I decided to take a more cautious approach—and the coaches here have been amazing with that.All the trainers are super knowledgeable, supportive, and really focus on helping you do every movement with proper form. They always encourage you to listen to your body, go at your own pace, and still make you feel like you’re progressing. I appreciate the space to build back up safely and confidently.Also, the atmosphere is just great—super friendly and inclusive. They always find ways to adapt the class to your level, so it feels challenging but safe. I 100% recommend this place, even if you’re returning to training after a break or injury.

I have been going for the third month and I am very satisfied. Training several times a day, which is great with irregular work, I can choose when I go. Clear booking system, and most importantly, trainers who pay attention and really correct mistakes during training.

I visited Crossfit Strahov when the classic fitness class didn’t lead me anywhere, asking if I should start doing it at all, when I’ve never come into contact with crossfit and I’m not even 20 anymore 😂 It was explained to me that anyone can start and especially at any time. This was clearly shown to me at the start and actually during every training session. The atmosphere at the trainings is great, you feel good there and you leave full of endorphins with an incredibly good feeling. What I like most is that they train here in such a way that it is done correctly and at the same time I test and improve my limits myself. Thanks for the way you do it and that even newcomers feel at home💪

I’ve been going to this CrossFit Strahov gym for over a year, and it’s been an incredible experience! As my first introduction to CrossFit, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the coaches are supportive, the workouts are challenging yet rewarding, and I’ve seen real results. The fact that they offer classes in English is a huge plus, making everything more accessible. Most importantly, the community here is amazing—motivating, friendly, and truly inspiring. A perfect place for crossfit. I have personal experience with lessons, private trainers and opengym, and there is nothing to complain about. If there is still a problem, it is definitely not a problem to solve it, the trainers try to accommodate as much as possible. Crossfit isn’t just about the equipment, it’s about the people, and the community here is really strong.

Great thing – I’m a “late comer” to cross fit, but I liked it very much right away – focused on the functionality of the whole body (ideal for people from the office), strength, flexibility, dexterity… very practical. And at the same time you can according to your (in my case slow) pace. The beginnings (as always) difficult – you don’t want to, but it pays to persevere and create a new long-term habit. The trainers at Cross fit Strahov are great – (especially patient with me :-)). I recommend!

Amazing experience from beginning to end!Messaged the instagram page prior to our visit and found the owner to be friendly and helpful.Dropped in for an evening class, the coaches were knowledgeable and members were welcoming.Clean facilities, great equipment (well maintained barbells, C2 Bikes, Rowers & Ski’s) and strong programming.Was able to stay after the class and have an extended cool down. Go check this place out.

I had a great drop-in experience at CrossFit Strahov while visiting Prague! The gym has a fantastic setup, with great equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. My coach, Jie, was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and motivating. Everyone at the gym was friendly and welcoming, making me feel like part of the community from the start. I had a great experience at CF Strahov. The workout was challenging but fun, and the trainer was supportive throughout. The equipment is top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. It was the perfect balance of intensity and enjoyment. I’ll definitely be back for more whenever I visit Prague.

I visited the box and got the weekly passe for my one week Prague trip.The main reason why I decided to go with them is just because they were so responsive in Instagram. The page was super helpful, and i was signed up in under 30 minutes.Another interesting thing is that the trainers were very accommodating but also effective. They helped me scale things down but also scale things up as appropriate.Ended up working out the whole week in Prague, which is a big win.

WHAT CAN YOU FIND HERE?

CROSSFIT SESSION

A one-hour class led by a passionate coach. We bring you through a warm-up. Teach you all the forms and techniques. Help you modify the workout to your abilities and goals. All you have to do is bring in the hard work!

WEIGHTLIFTING

Olympic weightlifting classes (clean & jerk, snatch). Not only heavy lifting, but also the technique, drills, and mobility required to lift the Olympic barbell overhead. The best way to build explosiveness and coordination.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether you're fit or not, it doesn’t matter. We’ll find a way to get everyone started with exercising. Everyone starts somewhere, and no one here will laugh at you. On the contrary, we’ll help you build a lifelong love for movement.

Open gym

Gym access without a trainer. Time to do your own workout. Open gym takes place in a large, dedicated space, so you don’t have to worry about a lack of room or equipment.

SESSIONS FOR KIDS

Your child can burn off excess energy at the same time as you. For younger kids, we offer movement games and obstacle courses. For older children, we provide foundational exercise techniques and well-rounded development.

SAUNA

Enjoy two cooling baths and wooden loungers, with the option to play your own music and use your preferred scents in the relaxation area.
