FINNISH SAUNA

Intense heat in a Finnish sauna strengthens the immune system, improves circulation, flushes toxins from the body, and relieves stress. Regular sauna use also enhances recovery after physical activity.

Relaxation after a long day. All year round.

CAPACITY FOR 10 PEOPLE

You can reserve the sauna just for yourself and your group or come and use it with others. The sauna has a capacity of 10 people.

Cooling baths

Sauna sessions work best when alternating between the dry heat of the sauna and the cold water of a cooling bath. We have 2 baths available, and it’s up to you to choose how cold you want the water.

RELAXATION AREA

On the wooden loungers, you can enjoy a bit of tranquility. The relaxation area features a scented candle and a speaker that you can connect to play your favorite music.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

How to use sauna correctly?

  • Hydrate: Before you start using the sauna, make sure to drink plenty of fluids.
  • Avoid Eating: Do not eat immediately before or during your sauna session; save your snack for afterward.
  • Shower First: Shower before entering the sauna or cooling bath.
  • Clothing: Enter the sauna without clothing, using only a towel to prevent sweating on the bench.
  • Use a Towel: Place a towel underneath you in the sauna to catch any sweat.
  • Breathing and Relaxation: Breathe through your nose, avoid talking, and enjoy the tranquility.
