Consultation
We will discuss your motivation to exercise, your goals and what you’re truly looking for. We will also take an interest in your sports history to offer you the perfect tailor-made solution.
INITIATION TRAININGS
During several individual training sessions, we will introduce you to CrossFit, and teach you how to exercise properly. All will be based on your sports history (everyone has a different starting point and we respect that) and these lessons will be adjusted accordingly.
GROUP (Or individual) CLASSES
Together with other like-minded people, you will work to improve your fitness and health. Shared motivation under the supervision of an experienced trainer will speed up your progress.
Regular check ins
We will regularly consult with you on your progress toward achieving your goals and setting new ones. If any complications arise – which is normal – we will try to solve them together.

All the trainers are super knowledgeable, supportive, and really focus on helping you do every movement with proper form. They always encourage you to listen to your body, go at your own pace, and still make you feel like you’re progressing. I appreciate the space to build back up safely and confidently.
Also, the atmosphere is just great—super friendly and inclusive. They always find ways to adapt the class to your level, so it feels challenging but safe. I 100% recommend this place, even if you’re returning to training after a break or injury.

Dropped in for an evening class, the coaches were knowledgeable and members were welcoming.
Clean facilities, great equipment (well maintained barbells, C2 Bikes, Rowers & Ski’s) and strong programming.
Was able to stay after the class and have an extended cool down. Go check this place out.
The main reason why I decided to go with them is just because they were so responsive in Instagram. The page was super helpful, and i was signed up in under 30 minutes.
Another interesting thing is that the trainers were very accommodating but also effective. They helped me scale things down but also scale things up as appropriate.
Ended up working out the whole week in Prague, which is a big win.
