Consultation
We will discuss your motivation to exercise, your goals and what you’re truly looking for. We will also take an interest in your sports history to offer you the perfect tailor-made solution.
INITIATION TRAININGS
During several individual training sessions, we will introduce you to CrossFit, and teach you how to exercise properly. All will be based on your sports history (everyone has a different starting point and we respect that) and these lessons will be adjusted accordingly.
GROUP (Or individual) CLASSES
Together with other like-minded people, you will work to improve your fitness and health. Shared motivation under the supervision of an experienced trainer will speed up your progress.
Regular check ins
We will regularly consult with you on your progress toward achieving your goals and setting new ones. If any complications arise – which is normal – we will try to solve them together.
