He was introduced to CrossFit in 2013 through his work with the police, where it was necessary to overcome various physically demanding challenges every day. He wants to spread the positive effects of exercise further.

She started CrossFit in 2019 and has enjoyed it ever since, mainly because of its variety. Becoming a coach was her dream, and she is grateful to be able to help ordinary people improve their everyday lives through sports.

She fell in love with CrossFit in 2017, after finishing her career in competitive aerobics. She decided to become a coach not only because she finds meaning in the variety and complexity of CrossFit, but also because she enjoys building a community of people who support and motivate each other.

Since childhood, she has been involved in a wide range of sports. CrossFit captivated her with its diversity and broad focus. When she’s not training herself, she develops her coaching knowledge and experience at the university — or you’ll see her leading a class, where she strives to share as much of her knowledge and enthusiasm with you as possible.
