Exercise through play. At this age, it is important to develop a natural joy of movement and support overall motor skills. Children should try out as wide a range of different activities as possible. Our lessons are therefore based mainly on movement games that promote the development of coordination, speed, agility, quickness, explosiveness, strength, and endurance. We teach children not only to compete for themselves, but also the importance of teamwork.

Basics of strength and condition training. Older children are ready for a more structured form of exercise. Although the element of play is still present, most of the training is similar to adult exercise. We focus on developing basic movements, such as squats, pulls, presses, bends, rotations, lunges, and core work. This helps us build a solid foundation for healthy and functional movement in the future.
